1. How long does it take you to set up/tear down?

It takes one hour to set up and tear down. These hours sandwich your active service hours.

2. How long will it take for us to get the gallery?

You'll get your gallery within one week of event date!

3. Can I personalize the screen/print?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share your wedding logo and color hex code with us. These will be applied to your print and screen backgrounds.

4. where can we put the booth?

Do you have electricity? Cool, we can go there! We do have logistical recommendations to allow for The Storie Booth to thrive: placed indoors or in heavy shade on hot or rainy days! Maybe closer to the bar to allow for easier access for your guests, etc.

5. who will be running the booth?

One of our amazing photo booth attendants. Our team is educated, professional and always dresses to impress!

6. can I provide my own backdrop or props?

Absolutely! We provide you with a black or white back drop and props with a western/retro flair yet classy at the core. Scarlet Rose Collective, Prop and Drop Tx and Moontower Rentals are a few of our favorite recommendations for a custom backdrop!

7. can i add on more time?

100%! Our standard package includes one our of set up, 3 hours of service and one hour of tear down. If you'd like more service time, just let us know! If you need to break up your service time, no worries, theres an hourly fee to extend non-active hours.
